  • Key Responsibilities Own customer relationships end-to-end, conducting business reviews and monitoring account health.
  • Drive customer adoption and engagement with AI scheduling and route optimization tools.
  • Build Account Management playbooks, processes, and customer communication frameworks.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and usage data to proactively address issues.
  • Communicate customer insights cross-functionally to Product, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Requirements 5+ years of B2B SaaS account management or Customer Success experience.
  • Proven ability to operate independently in unstructured environments and build processes from scratch.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using customer data to drive decisions.
