Manage and optimize HubSpot and GTM systems for process efficiency.
- •Siro is seeking a Revenue Operations Systems Manager to own, optimize, and scale their HubSpot instance and broader GTM systems.
- •This role involves partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to improve process efficiency and maintain data quality.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary admin for Hubspot.
- •Build and maintain workflows, sequences, lead routing, scoring models, properties, and pipelines.
- •Own connectivity and cleanliness across additional GTM tools (e.g., Outreach, Clay, RevenueHero, SalesNav, etc).
- •Requirements 2+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or similar role.
- •Hands-on experience owning HubSpot (required).
- •Strong understanding of B2B SaaS GTM motions
