- •As the Senior Designer
- •Men’s Hike, you will design innovative and expressive apparel solutions aligned with the Arc'teryx design vision, continuously exceeding guest needs.
- •You will bring your curiosity and passion for product to imagine and build innovative, relevant, and resolved designs.
- •Key Responsibilities Creating innovative apparel to address the needs of our athletes and guests.
- •Partnering with developers to drive research and development of innovative technologies, materials, fit, pattern, and construction techniques.
- •Building concept prototypes for review, testing, and validation.
- •Collaborating closely with other Designers to bring new concepts to the range.
- •Presenting at internal meetings, design reviews, and seasonal stage gates.
- •Requirements Degree in Design (Apparel, Industrial or Textile Engineering) with 8+ years of experience designing functional apparel.
- •Advanced knowledge and skill in mentoring others on the design process, including patterning, sewing, and garment construction.
- •Advanced technical and creative skills to pattern and prototype new products.
- •Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Gerber, or equivalent pattern software.
- •Passion for getting outside and involvement in outdoor activities.
