• •We're hiring a Senior Ops Associate to own the financial analysis, reconciliations, and ticket flow that power our customer experience.
• •Key Responsibilities Own processes end-to-end: Distributions, rollovers, conversions, corrective contributions, and 5500 prep
• •collect info, generate forms, submit, track, and close the loop.
• •Build the future of Basic Capital: Turn messy manual processes into automated processes that delight customers.
• •Reconcile data: Join multi-CSV inputs (payroll events, enrollments, balances) into per-enrollment/per-tax-type outputs; produce clean CSV/PDF artifacts with audit notes.
• •Requirements Background: 3–6 years in regulated ops (finance/fintech/benefits/transfer agent/brokerage).
• •Not necessarily a retirement-industry lifer.
• •Spreadsheet athlete: Advanced Sheets/Excel.
• •Process-tight & clear writer: You love SOPs/checklists and you write emails customers actually understand.
