- •Requirements 7+ years professional design experience with ~4 years on Growth or ecommerce teams.
- •Strong portfolio showing impact on conversion, adoption, or merchandising.
- •Experience with UX research, A/B Testing, and iterative experimentation.
- •Comfort operating in fast-paced, complex environments and communicating with stakeholders.
