• •The Opportunity: Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior/Staff Data Scientist to deepen our understanding of our users and unlock the next era of our growth trajectory.
• •In this role, you will drive insights that get more people successfully onboarded and retained in online therapy, shape how we build our mobile app and digital experiences, and lead the charge on how AI is used alongside therapy.
• •You will also develop marketing and attribution models that help us reach patients more effectively and empower our providers’ success.
• •Your work will directly influence product strategy, experimentation, and long-term investment decisions across the company.
