• •Lead pre-sales technical discovery and design scalable, secure enterprise solutions to win APAC deals, build demos, and hand off validated solutions to post-sales teams.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead technical discovery and translate customer needs into solution architectures Partner with Account Executives through the sales cycle and design integrations (SSO, SCIM, APIs, ERP) Build prototypes and proofs-of-concept and mitigate integration/security risks Handoff validated context to Customer Success/implementation partners Feed insights back to Product and Engineering and create reusable assets Requirements Experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical architect roles for SaaS Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, middleware platforms, and APIs Working understanding of SSO (SAML, OAuth 2.0) and SCIM provisioning Familiarity with data architecture and BI tools like Snowflake, Power BI, or Tableau Strong stakeholder skills; comfortable with C-suite and technical audiences
