AI Enablement Program Manager

Lead AI tool adoption strategy and program management in healthcare compliance.

• •Lead company-wide strategy for AI tool adoption, literacy, and safe use, operating at the intersection of IT, Security, and business within healthcare compliance boundaries.
• •Key Responsibilities Design and run AI enablement programs, trainings, and embedded team sessions.
• •Manage AI tool intake, evaluation, and lifecycle including vendor/BAA coordination.
• •Maintain tool registry and policy matrix of approved connectors and data types.
• •Develop content: playbooks, safe-use decision trees, prompt engineering training.
• •Define and track KPIs and adoption metrics for approved tools.
• •Requirements Experience running programs bridging IT, Security, Legal, and business teams.
• •Knowledge of compliance frameworks in healthcare (HIPAA, SOC 2, FedRAMP).
• •Familiarity with AI tool governance, vendor/BAA management, and risk mitigation.
• •Strong cross-functional communication and program management skills.
