• •Gopuff is seeking a Process Lead for its Operations team in Henrico, VA.
• •This role is crucial for ensuring order accuracy and fast, efficient delivery, leading the Pack and Receive and Kitchen teams during shifts.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead the performance and day-to-day tasks of Pack and Receive and Kitchen teams.
• •Coach and motivate the team with a focus on perfecting the customer experience.
• •Oversee execution of facility operations and delivery processes for your shift.
• •Develop and train new associates.
• •Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for defects within shift.
• •Requirements 2 years of internal Gopuff experience or 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant. 1+ years of experience in improving processes and efficiencies.
