• •You will work with Product and Engineering teams to evolve and execute a strong product design standard, showcasing Brex as a leader in financial innovation.
• •Key Responsibilities Design agentic experiences end-to-end, including user delegation, supervision, and output review.
• •Contribute to short and long-term strategic direction and maintain high visual standards.
• •Partner with leadership to communicate concisely and influence product and design outcomes.
• •Work across the business stack to impact product vision, execution, and operational components.
• •Requirements 10+ years of experience as a product designer.
• •Hands-on experience designing AI-based products.
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills for strategy articulation and cross-functional alignment.
• •Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, design, and product management teams.
