Director, Digital Asset & Brokerage Operations

Lead and manage digital asset and brokerage operations.

• •Lead US spot exchange operations, Bahamas spot and derivatives exchange operations, and manage internal trading desk.
• •Key Responsibilities Build and manage a globally distributed team providing 24/5 service coverage.
• •Directly engage with customers, resolve trade differences, and process trade corrections.
• •Manage trading desk, fiat banking relationships, and liquidity providers.
• •Requirements Experience running middle/back office trade operations for a brokerage or crypto exchange.
• •Experience trading crypto professionally and in US crypto regulations.
