- •Key Responsibilities Drive Conversion Rate Optimisation Develop Web Strategy and UX Manage the Web Stack & Data Flow Performance Monitoring & Reporting Optimise SEO and Organic Growth Implement Web Personalisation Requirements 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Web Operations A degree in Marketing or proven equivalent work experience Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and a deep understanding of Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager Proven ability to look beyond the numbers to identify actionable insights Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects using tools like Jira or Asana Proficiency with A/B testing tools and heatmapping software Excellent interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
