Supports building automation and control systems in critical facilities.
- •We are seeking a Controls Engineer to support building automation and control systems in our critical facilities.
- •This role combines field technician work with engineering responsibilities.
- •Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on BMS/BAS controllers and field devices.
- •Diagnose and resolve control faults using front-end software and field test tools.
- •Navigate and configure BMS platforms including point mapping and alarm configuration.
- •Support PLC/HMI troubleshooting and integration between control systems.
- •Execute commissioning activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- •Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
- •Minimum 3-5 years of experience in building automation or controls.
- •Working knowledge of BMS/BAS platforms and control system communication protocols.
- •Ability to read and interpret control drawings and equipment data sheets.
- •Familiarity with HVAC Sequences of Operations and NEC wiring requirements.
