- •GrayMatter Robotics is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Head of Finance in managing the company's financial model and strategic planning.
- •This role involves close collaboration with departments to track spend, maintain accurate financial data, and ensure the trustworthiness of the financial model.
- •Key Responsibilities Conduct bi-weekly check-ins with departments to monitor spend and identify issues.
- •Track specific spend pools against budget and flag variances.
- •Feed accurate department spend data into the company's core financial model.
- •Reconcile actual department spend against budget and forecast.
- •Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
- •Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
- •Demonstrated use of AI tools for creative problem solving.
- •Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems.
