- •Key Responsibilities Own a portfolio of enterprise customers as strategic partner Lead multi-stakeholder implementations in regulated environments Design and run train-the-trainer programs that scale Turn customer goals into measurable outcomes and value narratives Collaborate with Product, Support and Sales to improve delivery Requirements Comfort with complexity and structured problem solving Strong communication in German (C1+) and English Ownership mentality and cross-functional collaboration Experience working with enterprise or regulated customers
