• •Grow Therapy is seeking a Performance Marketing Senior Analyst to drive acquisition channel growth, focusing on attracting new providers to their network.
• •This role involves managing paid campaigns, supporting referral programs, and optimizing marketing initiatives to meet performance goals.
• •Key Responsibilities Optimize and scale performance across core ad channels, job board placements, and acquisition workflows.
• •Build, launch, and manage new ad campaigns across paid channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google ecosystem, etc.).
• •Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad creative, targeting, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• •Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows and build performance dashboards.
• •Manage vendor and partner relationships and evaluate new partners.
• •Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and growth operations.
• •Strong proficiency in Meta and LinkedIn advertising required.
• •Analytical rigor with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
