• •Lead a team of optical and mechanical engineers responsible for validating and testing quantum computer optical systems and delivering customer systems onsite in Bothell, WA.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage a team to deliver customer systems aligned with company objectives Identify and drive design changes to improve optical system performance and validation Balance automation and product maturity for test and delivery processes Collaborate cross-functionally to improve quality, speed, and predictability of deliveries Requirements Experience developing optical and mechanical systems throughout the design lifecycle Expertise in iterative design improvements, DfM and DfT Experience leading and managing engineering teams delivering hardware products
