TL;DR
Lead legal aspects of multi-billion dollar infrastructure and energy transactions for AI cloud company.
- •Lambda is seeking an Infrastructure & Energy Transaction Counsel to lead legal structuring, drafting, and negotiation of multi-billion-dollar physical infrastructure investments, including leased and developed data centers.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead commercial negotiation and documentation of development deals, site leasing, real estate acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- •Structure and manage specialized contracts for power and utility management, including PPAs and interconnection agreements.
- •Draft, review, and negotiate construction and project development contracts.
- •Support project finance elements, tax incentives, and lease arrangements.
- •Requirements 6+ years of legal experience in complex commercial transactions, ideally with infrastructure or technology company experience.
- •Deep infrastructure expertise with a proven track record of managing high-stakes transactions.
- •Strong technical and energy market literacy.
- •Solution-oriented commercial mindset and elite communication abilities.
