Own and scale Mexico commercial partnerships and field data collection operations.

• •Lead Scale AI's Workplace & Industrial data collection program across Mexico, owning partner success, data output, and regional field operations.
• •Key Responsibilities Define and hit regional metrics for data volume, quality, and hardware uptime.
• •Hire, train, and manage Field Operations Specialists and set KPIs.
• •Source and manage industrial partnerships, hardware deployments, and retention.
• •Liaise with HQ Engineering/Product teams to improve hardware reliability.
• •Coordinate travel to partner sites for onboarding, audits, and deployments.
• •Requirements 5+ years experience in operations, business development, or program management.
• •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• •Proven client-facing partner management and negotiation skills.
• •Operational and financial acumen including P&L, billing, and budgeting.
