Jewellery Operation Executive

Manage end-to-end coordination for jewellery orders.

• •We are looking for a Jewelry Operations Executive who combines a passion for jewellery with a strong process-driven mindset.
• •You will play a central role in managing end-to-end coordination across manufacturers, customers, and internal teams, ensuring every order moves seamlessly from pre-purchase to final delivery.
• •Key Responsibilities Calculate and share accurate customer quotations within defined TATs Raise CAD requests and purchase orders with manufacturers Manage end-to-end order timelines, from confirmation to delivery Coordinate closely with manufacturers, QC teams, and logistics partners Maintain accurate, real-time updates across all systems and trackers Requirements 3+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency Highly data-driven Strong numerical and calculative aptitude Proven track record in operationally heavy roles
