Operate and ensure quality in end billings and complaint cases for FINN's defleeting process.
- •As a Junior Operations Backoffice Specialist, you will handle end-to-end processing and quality assurance for end billings and complaint cases in the defleeting process.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage end billings and ensure quality through the two-eye principle.
- •Handle customer complaints and disputed damage cases independently.
- •Serve as the operational link between various departments to ensure smooth information flow.
- •Actively monitor and optimize defleeting processes for continuous improvement.
- •Requirements Previous experience in commercial record-keeping, customer support, coordination, or a similar backoffice role.
- •Completed commercial education, such as office clerk, automotive clerk, or equivalent.
- •High attention to detail and accuracy.
- •Structured and reliable work approach.
- •Proficiency with digital tools (e.g., Zendesk, Office programs, dashboards).
