  • As a Junior Operations Backoffice Specialist, you will handle end-to-end processing and quality assurance for end billings and complaint cases in the defleeting process.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage end billings and ensure quality through the two-eye principle.
  • Handle customer complaints and disputed damage cases independently.
  • Serve as the operational link between various departments to ensure smooth information flow.
  • Actively monitor and optimize defleeting processes for continuous improvement.
  • Requirements Previous experience in commercial record-keeping, customer support, coordination, or a similar backoffice role.
  • Completed commercial education, such as office clerk, automotive clerk, or equivalent.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Structured and reliable work approach.
  • Proficiency with digital tools (e.g., Zendesk, Office programs, dashboards).
