Lead the Product Operations team and drive automation initiatives.
- •We are looking for a technical, operationally sharp, people-driven ProdOps Lead to own the performance and execution of Ascend's Product Operations team.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage the team running manual ops and drive loan operations automation.
- •Serve as the primary escalation point, cadence owner, and people manager.
- •Build and maintain the loan operations automation roadmap.
- •Own monthly tooling improvements and automations.
- •Handle ~95% of execution and team decisions independently.
- •Requirements Technical experience required.
- •Strong team management skills.
- •Ability to drive delivery, metrics, and team development.
