• •As a Project Specialist, Network Growth, you will manage customer and carrier experiences through relationship building and technical expertise, becoming an industry expert in unifying supply chain communication on the FourKites platform.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead carrier onboarding and integration, diagnosing and solving technical and operational problems.
• •Manage customer interactions, providing updates on onboarding and compliance progress.
• •Engage carriers to improve operations and tracking quality through proactive account management.
• •Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to streamline processes and improve the product.
• •Requirements Proficiency in MS Office, Google Apps, and CRM tools.
• •Customer-facing experience.
