Staff Software Engineer to own and operate critical healthcare integrations and backend systems.

• •Form Health is building a world-class clinical care experience for patients on their weight-loss journey, and the software they build is central to delivering that care.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the technical design and ongoing operation of real-time insurance eligibility verification integrations across multiple payers.
• •Design and maintain integrations with EMR systems, powering core clinical workflows such as patient data synchronization, scheduling, and chart updates.
• •Own and optimize Candid billing integrations and related RCM workflows, ensuring accurate and timely claim creation, submission, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• •Requirements 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, or equivalent depth through impactful work Owning and operating business-critical integrations or backend systems Experience with healthcare systems, insurance, billing, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
