• •As the first US-based Project Manager, you will lead enterprise software implementations for early US customers.
• •You will partner with a Solution Architect to establish the delivery playbook and scale Sona's presence in the domestic market.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end enterprise software implementations within scope, budget, and timeline.
• •Establish and refine implementation processes and playbooks for the US market.
• •Manage project risks, dependencies, and senior stakeholder relationships.
• •Act as a customer advocate to ensure early value realization and successful outcomes.
• •Requirements Proven success delivering enterprise software implementation projects.
• •Active experience using AI tools in professional workflows.
• •Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience with C-level executives.
• •Based in Austin, Texas with a hybrid working arrangement.
