Software Implementation Consultant II - Financial

Implement software solutions for customers in the LTPAC settings.

• •As a Software Implementation Consultant II, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, implementing best practices to optimize business outcomes within the Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) settings.
• •You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on solutions and recommended business practices.
• •Key Responsibilities Serve as the principal implementation liaison, translating customer expectations into successful implementations.
• •Lead business discovery and develop recommendations for solution configuration and enhanced business practices.
• •Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• •Partner with internal stakeholders to create and execute high-quality implementation plans.
• •Proactively identify and communicate project issues, risks, and delays.
• •Requirements Post-secondary education in a technology-related field is preferred. 4+ years in a software implementation role.
• •Consulting experience within a software organization, including workflow analysis and recommendation delivery.
• •Proven ability to take accountability for projects and deliver on commitments.
