- •Key Responsibilities Own and scale paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads, tailored to local markets.
- •Manage budgets, forecasts, and pacing to maximize ROAS while hitting volume targets.
- •Develop and run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audience strategies to drive conversion improvements.
- •Analyze campaign performance using platforms like GA4 and Looker, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- •Requirements Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
- •Proficiency with performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, CTR, CR) and tools like GA4, Looker, and Excel/Sheets.
- •Strong knowledge of A/B testing, funnel analysis, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
- •Ability to connect campaign performance to broader business goals and adjust strategy accordingly.
