  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and pacing to maximize ROAS while hitting volume targets.
  • Develop and run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audience strategies to drive conversion improvements.
  • Analyze campaign performance using platforms like GA4 and Looker, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Requirements Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Proficiency with performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, CTR, CR) and tools like GA4, Looker, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing, funnel analysis, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
  • Ability to connect campaign performance to broader business goals and adjust strategy accordingly.
