• •As a Forward-Deployed Engineer, you'll deliver AI solutions for Aircall customers, designing and implementing workflows that connect AI with CRMs and communication tools.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead customer discovery and design sessions Design, build, and deploy integrations using low/no-code platforms Collaborate with Engineering to validate technical feasibility Requirements 5-8 years in technical consulting or solutions engineering Strong command of APIs, webhooks, and data structures Hands-on experience with low-code orchestration tools and CRM automation
