- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end manufacturing operations across all shifts Manage shift leads and operators, set standards, and hold the line Drive production throughput, on-time delivery, quality, scrap rate, and safety performance Build and enforce SOPs, work instructions, safety protocols, and quality procedures Partner with engineering and software to deploy automation and process improvements Requirements 4 to 5+ years running an entire factory or major production operation Military, defense manufacturing, aerospace, or high-output industrial leadership background preferred Fluent in metals, machining, CNC, sawing, or comparable precision manufacturing environments Disciplined, organized, and process-driven Bias for action, high attention to quality, and always thinking about how to make processes better
