• •As a Software Implementation Consultant, you will be the primary liaison with customers to optimize workflows and drive business outcomes within the Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) settings.
• •You will build trusted advisor relationships, guiding customers on best practices and solution usage to deliver value.
• •Key Responsibilities Act as the principal implementation liaison, documenting customer requirements and translating them into configuration setup.
• •Lead detailed business discovery and develop recommendations for delivery approach.
• •Translate technical requirements and execute system configuration setup.
• •Ensure data quality, integrity, and security for customer databases.
• •Manage communication among project stakeholders and proactively identify risks and delays.
• •Requirements Post-secondary education in a business or technology-related field is preferred.
• •Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• •Previous experience configuring or implementing a software solution, database testing, and end-user support is preferred.
