Lead marketing strategy and execution for brand visibility and B2B lead generation.
- •Lead marketing strategy and execution to build brand visibility and generate B2B leads for Lyra in India, aligning campaigns with sales objectives and local market needs.
- •Key Responsibilities Conduct market and competitor research to inform positioning.
- •Develop and execute integrated online and onsite marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email, paid ads).
- •Manage events, trade shows, and sales enablement collateral for commercial teams.
- •Use CRM and analytics tools to track and optimize lead lifecycle and campaign ROI.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. 5-8 years marketing experience with B2B focus, ideally healthcare/EAP/HR-tech.
- •Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn/Facebook Ads) and CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- •Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
