- •Make clear trade-offs between short-term reliability fixes and longer-term platform investments.
- •Leverage strong analytical skills to guide decision-making.
- •Establish feedback loops with internal users and customers to refine problem definitions and solutions.
- •Requirements Strong analytical skills and experience with impact sizing and opportunity assessment.
- •Ability to define and own key performance indicators for Asset Health.
- •Experience with predictive maintenance and operational excellence.
- •Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- •Experience in a regulated, B2G environment is a plus.
