- •As a Fraud Operations Associate, you will be instrumental in managing the operational aspects of fraud at Brex.
- •You will work with bright minds to handle daily workflows related to transaction fraud, first-party fraud, and account takeovers, contributing to the company's ability to scale and make informed risk-based decisions.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and manage associate-level queues for fraud operations.
- •Develop and implement scalable operational processes for fraud management.
- •Make risk-based decisions on high-value/risk transactions and account offboardings.
- •Contribute to the evolution of AI tools to contain fraud losses and improve operational efficiencies.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in a fraud, risk, or related operations role. 1+ year of experience leading projects or workstreams end-to-end.
- •Demonstrated ability to use data to investigate issues, spot trends, and support decisions.
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- •Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
