- •The Senior Product Manager will partner with clients and cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver digital solutions that achieve business objectives.
- •This role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, design, and engineering teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Works with clients and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the realization of business outcomes in working solutions.
- •Write business user stories and development tasks, organizing team documentation, and creating graphic user interfaces and journeys.
- •Identify project/production issues and work with the project team to provide solutions or escalate to avoid project delays.
- •Track, organize, and document requirements gathering sessions, and drive projects forward.
- •Build strong relationships with client and internal team members to deliver success.
- •Requirements BS/BA in relevant program, or equivalent work experience.
- •Familiarity with multiple functional suites and software packages for requirements (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- •Experience with multiple SDLCs such as Agile, Scrum and traditional waterfall.
- •Foundation in core Product Management skill sets.
- •Worked on multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
