- •As an Applied AI Engineer at Bounteous, you will build enterprise-grade GenAI workflows for document data extraction and productivity assistants.
- •This role focuses on production, not research or prototyping.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and evolve GenAI workflows for Lending business lines.
- •Develop AI-based document ingestion and data extraction capabilities.
- •Build AI-powered assistants embedded in Lending systems.
- •Deliver automated content generation workflows.
- •Provide expert advice on GenAI architecture and LLMOps practices.
- •Requirements 2+ years of practical GenAI application in enterprise environments. 5+ years of strong front-to-back engineering experience.
- •Proven experience in building and operating production-grade GenAI platforms.
- •Strong LLMOps expertise, including evaluation harnesses and observability.
- •Hands-on experience with AI-first data ingestion pipelines.
- •Experience operating GenAI systems through real production failures and designing mitigation strategies.
