- •We're expanding our engineering team to meet the growing demands of our B2B partners and B2C users.
- •We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a product engineering team, scale our delivery process, and grow the engineers on the team.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead a team of 4-8 engineers Stay deep in the code and ship features Own delivery end to end in partnership with your PM Run design reviews, code review standards, on-call, standup and incident response Grow engineers through regular 1:1s and performance management Requirements 7+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years managing engineers Strong technical foundation in backend-leaning full stack on Ruby (Grape) with React/Next.js and TypeScript Comfortable with third-party APIs, observability, on-call, incident management, AWS, and Terraform Strong communicator and self-starter who can represent engineering to non-technical stakeholders Empathy for our end users, including low-to-moderate-income renters
