- •BlueCat is seeking a proactive and hands-on Senior FP&A Analyst, Systems & Automation, to bridge FP&A and technology.
- •This role will own the planning and reporting system, build automations, and implement AI-assisted workflows to enhance the FP&A function's scalability and reduce manual finance work.
- •Key Responsibilities Administer and improve the Pigment FP&A system, ensuring data integrity and user support.
- •Drive workflow improvements using AI tools and champion their adoption within the finance function.
- •Identify and automate manual finance processes, from data pulls to AI-assisted reporting.
- •Design and maintain driver-based financial models, forecasts, and dashboards.
- •Partner with Accounting and Rev Ops to validate and reconcile data across systems.
- •Requirements 3-6 years of experience in FP&A, financial systems, or a hybrid finance/analytics role.
- •Hands-on experience with FP&A planning tools (Anaplan, Adaptive, Pigment) and AI/generative AI tools.
- •Practical experience applying AI or automation tools to real finance workflows.
- •Strong SQL and advanced Excel/Power Query skills.
- •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
