TL;DR
Senior Business Consultant to deploy Bloomreach Engagement Platform for e-commerce clients.
- •Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to help top e-commerce businesses boost their performance by deploying and utilizing the Engagement Platform effectively.
- •You will support clients during implementation, gather requirements, manage data, and serve as a key advisor on e-commerce and digital marketing strategies.
- •Key Responsibilities Become a SME on the Bloomreach Engagement platform.
- •Support clients in continuous improvement of their sites, shops, or apps.
- •Communicate with clients, teach them how to use the CDP platform, and suggest improvements.
- •Oversee implementation of client applications, websites, or online shops.
- •Utilize AI tools to increase efficiency in daily work.
- •Requirements 3-6 years in B2B and/or B2C SaaS OR in-house eCommerce experience.
- •Strong consulting skills, including clear communication and presentation abilities.
- •Independence, self-organization, and ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
- •Spanish, French or Italian language skills are preferred on top of English.
