Lead the stock planning strategy and team for Bloom & Wild Group.
- •As the Stock Planning Lead, you will report to the Head of Procurement & Inventory, acting as the architect of our operational procurement function and building the scalable systems we need to grow.
- •Key Responsibilities Build & Scale the Function Master Stock Availability Develop & Automate Process & KPI Leadership Team Transformation & Development Requirements 5+ years experience in a procurement, purchasing, supply chain or supply planning role, with experience leading a team Proven track record in supply chain scalability Tech-savvy and systems-oriented Strong leader and mentor Continuous improvement mindset
