About the role
TL;DR
Lead the evolution of BlaBlaCar's global payment infrastructure and strategy.
- •As the Senior Product Manager for the Payment squad, you will lead the evolution of our global transaction engine, ensuring a seamless and reliable experience for millions of travelers.
- •Your mission is to build a robust, scalable payment infrastructure that supports BlaBlaCar’s multimodal and international growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Define the long-term vision, success metrics, and product roadmap for BlaBlaCar’s global transaction engine.
- •Lead product discovery and delivery for high-stakes, revenue-driving features, including infrastructure evolutions and business-facing capabilities.
- •Establish internal targets and drive cross-functional alignment to monitor core transaction health and maximize authorization rates.
- •Continuously optimize passenger checkout and driver payout experiences by identifying initiatives that eliminate technical friction and reduce costs.
- •Drive alignment across internal teams and cultivate strategic partnerships with global and local Payment Service Providers.
- •Requirements 5+ years of Product Management in a scale-up or large tech company, with direct experience in Fintech or Payments.
- •Proven ability to simplify complex technical and financial constraints into scalable, frictionless user experiences.
- •Strong interpersonal skills to navigate cross-functional relationships and gain buy-in.
- •Highly analytical and willing to dive deep into data and operations to move the needle on critical KPIs.
- •Full fluency in English is mandatory.
