TL;DR
Lead a team of engineers to build a scalable "After-Book" platform for BlaBlaCar.
- •BlaBlaCar is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Post-booking squad.
- •This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless and trustworthy post-purchase travel experience for millions of users.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead a diverse team of frontend and backend engineers.
- •Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Data teams to define vision and execute roadmaps.
- •Drive a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- •Manage complex, cross-team projects ensuring performance and scalability.
- •Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent.
- •Requirements Proven experience in a management position with people management skills.
- •Experience building reliable, scalable, and secure consumer-facing products.
- •Strong leadership and communication skills in English.
- •Track record of "getting things done" and prioritizing effectively.
- •Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
