•Key Responsibilities Own and continuously improve the company's performance management framework.
•Lead company-wide OKR planning, tracking and quarterly review cycles.
•Analyze people, performance and operational data to identify trends, measure outcomes and recommend improvements.
•Partner with leaders across the company to improve team performance and execution.
•Drive initiatives that strengthen accountability, ownership and a high-performance culture.
•Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
•Experience in People Operations, People Analytics, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting or a related field.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
•Experience designing or improving performance management frameworks, OKRs or organizational processes.
•Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
