Lead commercial strategy and sales for Bits Technology in the Nordics region.
- •Bits Technology is seeking a GTM Lead Nordics to drive commercial strategy and accelerate growth across the region.
- •This role involves owning the go-to-market strategy and leading a high-performing commercial team.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and execute the commercial strategy in the Nordic region.
- •Drive the full enterprise sales cycle.
- •Lead the regional commercial team, developing existing talent and recruiting new members.
- •Build and maintain strong customer relationships across regulated customers in FinTech, Banking, Payments, and RegTech.
- •Represent Bits at networking events and conferences.
- •Requirements 5+ years in enterprise sales, business development, account management, or regional leadership into financial services.
- •Strong network across the Nordic FinTech and financial services ecosystem.
- •Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals and scaling revenue in the Nordics.
- •Strong communicator and storyteller in both Swedish and English.
- •Leadership experience with a proven ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing commercial teams.
