- •Binti is seeking a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to drive technical direction and define the engineering culture at the company.
- •Key Responsibilities Own cross-team technical strategy for major platform areas Lead complex, multi-quarter infrastructure and architectural initiatives Define and champion engineering standards and patterns Partner with Product, Policy, and Technical Account Management Identify and resolve systemic risks Raise the technical ceiling for the whole engineering org Proactively leverage AI and modern tooling Requirements Demonstrated track record leading large-scale infrastructure and architectural projects Ability to set technical direction and navigate ambiguity Deep experience building and maintaining configurable, enterprise-grade systems Product orientation and excellent communication skills Experience mentoring and elevating senior engineers Fluency applying AI tools in your own workflow
