About the role
TL;DR
Support the development and enhancement of the firm's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- •We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk / ERMF Specialist to support the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the firm's Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF).
- •This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across regional and global teams to strengthen risk governance, perform risk assessments, monitor key risk indicators (KRIs), and support operational risk initiatives across the organization.
- •Key Responsibilities Support the development and enhancement of enterprise risk management policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- •Consolidate operational risk incidents across regional entities and perform trend analysis and thematic reviews to identify emerging risks.
- •Support product risk assessments by partnering with Product and Risk Owners to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks across crypto and digital asset products.
- •Prepare risk dashboards, management reports, and risk analytics to facilitate effective management oversight.
- •Support Operational Risk programmes including Third-Party Risk Management, Incident Management, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
- •Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
- •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk Management, Audit, Advisory, Financial Services, or Product Risk Management.
- •Experience in the financial services, fintech, or digital assets/cryptocurrency industry is highly preferred.
- •Strong project management and execution capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
- •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
