AI Enablement Engineer

Define, operationalise, and scale AI adoption at voize.

• •As an AI Enablement Engineer, you will define, operationalise, and scale AI adoption at voize.
• •You will build infrastructure, guardrails, and enablement systems to help teams adopt AI safely and effectively.
• •Key Responsibilities Build the AI infrastructure: Design and maintain voize's internal AI productivity suite.
• •Enable and educate: Build AI fluency across the organisation through onboarding sessions, workshops, playbooks, and best practices.
• •Set guardrails: Establish and enforce standards for AI governance, safe use, data handling, and compliance.
• •Consult & ship with teams: Partner with teams and leadership to embed AI into workflows and build agents and automations.
• •Drive change: Help people and management rethink how companies are run by managing the transition towards an organisation where humans and AI agents work side by side.
• •Requirements 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment, with hands-on ownership of cross-functional initiatives including AI or advanced technology adoption.
• •Strong technical fluency in LLM-based systems and experience designing and integrating AI workflows across tools and data platforms.
