- •As a Product Delivery Manager, you’ll lead client onboarding projects and help shape platform improvements that enhance the user experience.
- •Reporting to our Director of Solutions Architecture, you’ll act as the connector between clients and our internal teams—ensuring implementations run smoothly and insights from clients translate into product improvements.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead client onboarding projects, gathering requirements and designing tailored solutions.
- •Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle with developers and designers.
- •Serve as the primary client liaison during onboarding, managing communication and escalations.
- •Advance platform usability by partnering with product teams on UX/UI improvements.
- •Requirements Experience leading client onboarding and implementation projects.
- •Ability to manage project scope and client contracts (SOWs, Order Forms).
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- •Experience partnering with product and design teams.
