- •CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Counsel, Commercial to support international expansion transactions, focusing on EMEA and APAC.
- •This role will primarily handle structuring and executing transactions for CoreWeave's cloud-as-a-service delivery model, Omni, while also supporting broader commercial matters.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead drafting, negotiation, and execution of term sheets and definitive agreements for EMEA and APAC jurisdictions.
- •Manage the live deal pipeline, identifying and escalating risks.
- •Draft, negotiate, and close MSAs, order forms, partnership agreements, and vendor agreements.
- •Partner cross-functionally to manage legal and commercial risk in transactions.
- •Advise business leaders on transaction structures and operating models for new market entries.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in commercial and complex technology contracting.
- •Substantial experience with cloud, AI, SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS transactions.
- •Experience with complex, high-value, or infrastructure-heavy transactions, preferably cross-border.
- •Strong drafting, negotiation, and commercial judgment skills.
