Founding Growth Engineer to build a predictable growth engine for Alt's marketplace.

• •Alt is unlocking the value of alternative assets, starting with the $5B trading-card market.
• •We are looking for our founding Growth Engineer to build a predictable growth engine across both sides of the Alt marketplace, sellers and buyers.
• •You'll own the funnel end to end and grow into leading the growth function over time.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the activation funnel: Rebuild the submission funnel end to end, instrument every step, and run a real experimentation loop.
• •Scale acquisition channels: Figure out which channels acquire users and build the machinery to scale the ones that work.
• •Fix the data + attribution foundation: Stand up clean attribution, consolidate product analytics, and modernize our messaging and deep-linking stack.
• •Build lifecycle infrastructure: Turn push, in-app, email, and SMS into an owned, instrumented system.
• •Balance the marketplace: Watch the balance across bidders, buyers, and sellers, and build growth into the weak side.
• •Requirements 5+ years of engineering experience with strong backend (Python, Postgres, AWS or similar) and frontend (React, React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript) chops.
• •A track record of owning growth systems or product features from design to production.
