- •Partner directly with clients and underwriters to shape platform capabilities and develop a durable roadmap.
- •Leverage AI tools and agentic workflows as a core part of the product development process.
- •Translate carrier requirements and regulatory constraints into product requirements.
- •Requirements 5+ years of product management experience.
- •Hands-on life insurance experience, ideally in or adjacent to underwriting.
- •Working familiarity with the underwriting toolkit.
- •Actively uses AI tools as a daily working accelerant.
